A good result but a pretty awful game. The fact that the pitch was very heavy meant that there was only an occasional break from the backs and a lot of knocked-on balls.

Good to see a Tigers front row of Graham Thompson, Splodge and Beef though with Lee Durrant and Gary Morris taking some part in the game.
