   Broadland 1st XV 20 Southwold 1st XV 5 - 6.11.04

Broadland continued with their winning ways as they beat Southwold, with another good all round performance. Broadland were forced to make a handful of changes and in the Pack It was a return to the starting fifteen for Captain Andy Riches and Back Row Rye Bilyard, in the backs it was a return for Fly Half Paul Tucker and Three Quarter Lee Raven and Steve Street.

Southwold took an early lead with a an unconverted try, however Broadland soon took the lead when Fly Half Paul Tucker sold a dummy and went in from 20 yards (converted Murray). Shortly after Broadland's lead was extended as Full Back Stuart Murray added a Penalty to increase Broadland's lead. Forward Ross Taylor was settling in at his new role of Hooker and was connecting well with Fenn and Bilyard. Broadland went into the half with a 10 -5 lead.

The Second half kicked off and Broadland began to apply pressure, and in typical style Scrum Half Burling broke through from the 22 meter line to Score Broadland's second try (Converted Murray).
