The following images are the only ones I have after
Norman moved North to play rugby at York in August 1931. As you can see,
these are comprised mainly of of cuttings from the various newspapers
of the time and a couple of photographs one of which shows Norman with
his wife Maud:
Whilst playing at York, they appeared in
the Yorkshire Cup Final twice:
- 19th October 1935 versus Leeds at Halifax, losing
3 - 0 where he played as a second-row forward.
- 17th October 1936 versus
Wakefield Trinity at Headingly, where they won 9 - 2. Norman played
as a loose forward and scored one goal.
